ThriveStack Announces Pricing Plans to Power Unified Growth

Aligned to How Customers Value Data Across Growth Teams — Now Expanding Beyond Product & Marketing to Include Sales, RevOps, and CS teams.

Timeline of ThriveStack pricing plans for growth intelligence
ThriveStack unveils evolving pricing plans for unified growth

Why We’re Updating Pricing

ThriveStack's mission has always been to unify growth signals across teams so you can fix leaks and unlock growth drivers.

This means aligning your Product, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Customer Success (CS) teams on the same core insights—so everyone is working with the same understanding of your customers across the entire journey.

How We Evolved Our Pricing

Over time, we have followed our mission to bring correlation across all the growth functions—bringing your Product, GTM, Revenue, Sales, and CS teams together with data driven insights, all speaking the same language of growth.

April 2025 – Marketing + Product Analytics

We started by combining marketing and product analytics, priced simply on Monthly Tracked Visitors/Users (MTUs) for predictability.

August 2025 – Adding Revenue Analytics

Next, you asked us to connect product usage with revenue signals (like accounts missing payments while disengaging)—a powerful way to spot churn before it happens. We shipped Revenue Analytics, charged as a percentage of your ARR - this included core Investor metrics and and correlating them with product engagement and marketing signals (e.g. attribution).

September 2025 – Introducing Full Journey CRM

Most recently, our customers wanted visibility across the full customer journey. We shipped Full Journey Account Intelligence, a Modern CRM to bring all of the signals available for correlation and smart segmentation,

  • Track how Marketing influences revenue (attribution, connects acquisition and monetization)
  • Track acquisition (time to acquire, touchpoints) and activation milestones
  • Monitor product usage health (active, improving, disengaging)
  • Understand revenue and spot leaks (e.g. ARR, MRR, missed payments)
  • Track retention (predict churn risks early and report outcomes)
  • Future Packages -  We are contemplating to create packages by Growth Stages of a Company

This evolution made our earlier pricing insufficient—so we designed a new model to reflect real customer value.

New Pricing Highlights

1. Ala-Carte Options (Available Now):

  • Marketing & Product Intelligence Module: Analytics on MTUs with activation and engagement insights.
  • Revenue Analytics Module: Correlation of usage, payments, and churn/expansion triggers.
  • Account Intelligence Module: Full-journey signals across acquisition, activation, usage, and revenue stages.

We are testing out these ala-carte options in the spirit of transparency, so teams can buy them independently based on what they need.

2. Future Packages We are contemplating to create packages by Growth Stages of a Company

We’re contemplating these new packages publicly, so you know the directions we’re exploring and can tell us what resonates most with your needs.

  • Early Stage SaaS (0-1M ARR) → Marketing + Product + Account Intelligence
  • Growth Stage SaaS → Add Revenue Analytics, Churn Prediction
  • Enterprise SaaS (10M+ ARR) → Advanced connectors, enterprise-grade offerings
